Big Reveal: I’ve joined Helping Improve

I’ve just come back from a week of retreat and networking at the Oregon coast, and I’m thrilled to share that I now work at… Helping Improve! Jake Calabrese and Paul Tevis co-founded HI two years ago, and we’re all excited that I’ve joined as the company’s third member.

Last week I heard from a longtime client who thanked me for how I’d helped him and his organization, and it reminded me of why I love my work--helping people develop the skills and capabilities to succeed.

Along with my business partners Jake Calabrese and Paul Tevis, I provide training/coaching on core Agile and Lean practices for product discovery and delivery. This year a new course on change management was launched, and I’m looking forward to offering this to more clients. We also offer leadership and team accelerator programs designed to break through challenges. And next year, we will be debuting a new course for people managers tentatively called Leading Amazing People.

As we near the end of 2022, you may be looking around at your company and wondering how to create better products, to provide more value to customers, to streamline delivery processes, and to tap into people’s talent and passion.

Helping Improve works with organizations who want to find better ways to achieve these goals and who are unwilling to settle for only best. Settling for best is an excuse to stop improving.

That’s why I’m so happy about how I can work with you as part of Helping Improve!

Update 11/22/22: Dr. Dave Cornelius had me as a guest for his series Resiliently You to discover what makes people resilient to build resilient organizations and sense belonging and healing. Listen as we talk about my new journey with Helping Improve and resilience in a VUCA world.
